This Policy applies to all users, visitors, customers, applicants, prospective customers, registered users, service recipients, business users, professional users, NRI users, and any person who accesses, browses, submits information through, registers on, communicates with, purchases from, or otherwise uses the Platform or Services (collectively, “User”, “you” or “your”).

Important: WealthSure may act directly as a service provider for certain services and may also act as a technology facilitator, lead-generation platform, referral partner, distributor, business correspondent, corporate agent, intermediary, authorised partner, or service enabler for certain financial, insurance, investment, tax, lending, or compliance products offered by regulated or third-party entities, subject to applicable law and business arrangements.
2. Legal Compliance
This Policy is published and maintained in accordance with applicable Indian laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, directions, circulars, and regulatory requirements governing the collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure, transfer, protection, and retention of personal data, sensitive personal data or information, financial information, tax information, and digital personal data.

2.1 Relationship with Terms and Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, Consent Notice, product-specific terms, partner-specific terms, plan-specific conditions, service engagement terms, and any additional notices or disclosures displayed on the Platform or communicated to you at the time of collecting your information.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and a product-specific or partner-specific privacy notice required by law, the more specific notice shall apply to the relevant product or service to the extent of such inconsistency. Such information shall be processed only for legitimate, disclosed, and service-related purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements, regulatory requirements, and reasonable security safeguards. WealthSure shall not knowingly collect sensitive information unless such information is necessary for providing or facilitating the requested Service, complying with law, verifying identity, preventing fraud, processing transactions, or fulfilling regulatory requirements.
2.4 Third-Party and Regulated Partner Compliance
Some Services available through the Platform may be provided, fulfilled, processed, underwritten, sanctioned, executed, or serviced by third-party banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset management companies, registrar and transfer agents, payment gateways, KYC agencies, tax service providers, ERI partners, investment platforms, credit bureaus, technology vendors, or other regulated or authorised entities. Where applicable, your information may be shared with such entities for the purpose of providing, enabling, processing, evaluating, verifying, approving, rejecting, servicing, renewing, or supporting the relevant Service.
Such third parties may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies, regulatory obligations, and terms of service. 3. Acceptance of Policy
By accessing, browsing, registering on, submitting information through, purchasing any plan from, requesting any service through, communicating with, or otherwise using the WealthSure website, mobile application, web application, digital tools, customer support channels, partner-enabled journeys, calculators, dashboards, forms, or any other online or offline service interface operated under the brand name WealthSure by Rudrriv Solutions Private Limited (“Platform” and “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).
Your continued use of the Platform or Services constitutes your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and affirmative consent to the collection, receipt, storage, recording, organisation, structuring, adaptation, retrieval, use, processing, analysis, sharing, disclosure, transfer, retention, and deletion of your personal data, financial data, tax-related data, investment data, insurance data, loan-related data, transaction data, communication data, device data, and any other information provided by you or collected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

- you understand that withdrawal of consent may restrict, suspend, or prevent WealthSure from providing certain Services, including tax filing, mutual fund facilitation, insurance application assistance, loan application assistance, KYC verification, customer support, record retrieval, and compliance-related services;
- you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, product-specific terms, partner-specific terms, disclaimers, consent forms, and any other terms applicable to the Services selected by you.
If you do not agree with this Policy, or if you do not wish for your information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed, or retained in the manner described herein, you must immediately stop accessing the Platform and must not use or avail any Services offered by WealthSure.

You acknowledge that Aadhaar submission, wherever requested, shall be voluntary unless required under applicable law for a specific regulated service. WealthSure shall use Aadhaar-related information only for lawful purposes, including identity verification, KYC, tax filing, investment onboarding, insurance facilitation, loan facilitation, or compliance support, as permitted under applicable law and subject to your consent.
4.2 Financial Information
For providing tax, investment, insurance, loan, wealth, payment, and financial lifecycle services, we may collect financial information relating to your income, assets, liabilities, payments, investments, banking, credit, and financial profile. Such information may include, without limitation:
- bank account number, bank name, branch, IFSC code, account type, cancelled cheque, and bank statements;
- UPI ID, payment reference number, transaction ID, payment status, payment method, and billing details;
- debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, or payment gateway transaction information, subject to applicable payment security standards;

Payment-related information may be processed directly by third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, UPI service providers, or other authorised payment service providers. WealthSure does not store sensitive card authentication data such as CVV, card PIN, or OTP.
4.3 Tax and Compliance Information
Where you request income tax filing, tax advisory, notice management, compliance support, GST assistance, business compliance, or related services, we may collect tax and compliance information. Such information may include, without limitation:
- income details from salary, business, profession, capital gains, house property, other sources, foreign income, and exempt income;
- Form 16, Form 16A, Form 26AS, Annual Information Statement (AIS), Taxpayer Information Summary (TIS), and tax credit details;
- deductions, exemptions, rebates, allowances, investments, donations, insurance premium payments, housing loan interest, education loan interest, and other tax-saving information;
- PAN, TAN, GSTIN, tax registration details, business registration details, and compliance identifiers;
- tax return data, draft returns, filed returns, acknowledgements, computation sheets, challans, refund status, assessment records, and tax payment information;
- GST returns, invoices, e-way bills, input tax credit details, sales and purchase data, vendor details, customer details, and GST compliance records;
- income tax notices, GST notices, assessment orders, demand notices, defective return notices, rectification records, appeal-related documents, and response drafts;
- documents, declarations, confirmations, authorisations, consents, and correspondence required for tax filing, tax advisory, audit support, or compliance management;

Information collected for tax return preparation, e-filing, tax advisory, tax notice response, audit support, or compliance services shall be referred to in this Policy as “Tax Information”. You acknowledge that insurance underwriting, loan approval, credit eligibility, policy issuance, premium determination, claim settlement, and sanction decisions may be undertaken independently by insurers, banks, NBFCs, lenders, insurance intermediaries, credit bureaus, or other regulated partners. WealthSure may facilitate such services but does not guarantee approval, issuance, sanction, coverage, claim acceptance, interest rate, premium amount, or product suitability unless expressly agreed in writing and permitted by law.
4.5 Device and Usage Information
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain technical, device, usage, log, and analytics information to operate, secure, improve, monitor, personalise, and troubleshoot the Platform. Such information may include, without limitation:

- KYC Registration Agencies, Central KYC Registry, identity verification providers, and document verification service providers;

WealthSure shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, correctness, or timeliness of information received from government systems, statutory bodies, credit bureaus, regulated entities, or third-party service providers. Any decision based on such information may be subject to independent verification, correction, approval, rejection, or review by the relevant authority, partner, or regulated entity.
5. How We Use Your Information
WealthSure uses your information only for lawful, disclosed, service-related, regulatory, security, operational, analytical, and business purposes connected with the Platform and Services. Where you request income tax filing, tax advisory, notice management, tax computation, advance tax calculation, revised return support, ITR-U assistance, compliance review, or related services, we may use your Tax Information to prepare, review, validate, compute, submit, revise, retrieve, store, and support your tax-related filings and compliance requirements.
This may include processing your PAN, Form 16, Form 26AS, AIS, TIS, salary details, capital gains information, business or professional income, deductions, exemptions, tax payment details, refund details, notices, correspondence, and documents required for tax compliance under applicable law.
5.3 Investment, Mutual Fund and Wealth Services

This may include processing information relating to home loans, gold loans, business loans, personal loans, loan against property, old car loans, commercial vehicle loans, vehicle loans, and other lending products offered through banks, NBFCs, lending partners, or authorised financial institutions.
5.6 Payments, Billing, Refunds and Transaction Processing
We may use your payment information, billing details, transaction references, invoices, service purchase history, subscription details, payment status, refund details, and related financial information to process payments, generate invoices, confirm transactions, issue refunds, manage renewals, reconcile payments, prevent payment fraud, and resolve transaction-related queries.
Payment information may be processed through authorised payment gateways, banks, UPI service providers, card networks, wallets, or other payment service providers. WealthSure does not store sensitive card authentication data such as CVV, card PIN, or OTP.
5.7 Customer Support, Communication and Service Delivery
We may use your information to respond to your queries, provide assistance, resolve complaints, manage service requests, send service updates, request missing documents, confirm instructions, provide reminders, deliver purchased services, and communicate with you in relation to the Platform and Services.
Subject to applicable law and your communication preferences, we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, push notification, in-app notification, chatbot, postal communication, or any other permissible communication channel for transactional, service-related, regulatory, support, advisory, promotional, or marketing purposes.

We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, directions, circulars, regulatory requirements, audit requirements, tax requirements, KYC requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, counter-terrorism financing requirements, record-keeping obligations, dispute resolution obligations, court orders, enforcement requests, and lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.
This may include sharing or submitting information to tax authorities, GST systems, KYC agencies, credit bureaus, banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset management companies, payment partners, regulators, courts, tribunals, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities, where required or permitted by law.
5.10 Personalisation and User Experience Improvement

We may use information in aggregated, anonymised, pseudonymised, or de-identified form to conduct analytics, research, testing, performance monitoring, business intelligence, product development, service improvement, customer segmentation, market research, campaign analysis, fraud trend analysis, and platform optimisation.
Such information may be used to understand user behaviour, improve existing services, develop new products, enhance user experience, improve security controls, identify service gaps, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic business decisions.
5.12 Marketing, Promotions and Service Awareness
Subject to applicable law, consent requirements, and your communication preferences, we may use your contact information, service history, user profile, and interaction data to send you information about WealthSure services, financial products, offers, reminders, educational content, tax updates, investment insights, insurance renewal notices, loan offers, compliance alerts, and other information that may be relevant to you.
You may opt out of promotional communications in the manner provided in such communications or by contacting WealthSure. However, you may continue to receive transactional, service-related, regulatory, security, or account-related communications where necessary.
5.13 Record Keeping, Audit and Evidence
We may use and retain your information to maintain service records, consent records, audit logs, transaction records, communication records, tax records, compliance documents, invoices, payment records, application records, partner submission records, and other evidence required for legal, regulatory, operational, audit, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes.

- insurance companies, insurance brokers, corporate agents, web aggregators, point-of-sale persons, claim administrators, surveyors, and authorised insurance service providers;
- payment gateways, payment aggregators, UPI service providers, card networks, wallet providers, banks, and settlement service providers;

We may share information with trusted technology vendors and operational service providers who assist us in operating, maintaining, securing, analysing, improving, and supporting the Platform and Services.
Such technology and service providers may include, without limitation:
- cloud hosting providers, data storage providers, server infrastructure providers, backup providers, and database management providers;
- analytics tools, performance monitoring tools, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, and product improvement tools;
- customer relationship management systems, customer support tools, ticketing systems, chatbot providers, helpdesk platforms, and communication management tools;
- e-mail service providers, SMS gateways, WhatsApp communication providers, push notification providers, call centre systems, and telephony service providers;

Information may be disclosed to courts, tribunals, arbitrators, regulators, government departments, statutory authorities, law enforcement agencies, investigation agencies, tax authorities, financial sector regulators, auditors, legal advisors, or other competent persons or authorities where required or permitted by law.
We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, security, reputation, business interests, users, partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, or affiliates of WealthSure; to detect or prevent fraud; to investigate security incidents; to enforce our Terms and Conditions; to respond to user disputes; or to defend against legal claims.
6.5 Business Transfers, Restructuring and Corporate Transactions
We may share, transfer, assign, disclose, or make available your information in connection with any proposed or actual merger, acquisition, investment, financing, restructuring, reorganisation, sale of assets, transfer of business, joint venture, amalgamation, insolvency, change of control, or similar corporate transaction involving WealthSure or Rudrriv Solutions Private Limited.
In such cases, reasonable steps shall be taken to ensure that the receiving entity continues to process your information in accordance with applicable law and a privacy framework substantially consistent with this Policy, unless you are notified otherwise.

7. Third-Party Services
WealthSure may provide access to, facilitate, introduce, refer, enable, or support services, products, offers, applications, quotations, onboarding journeys, transactions, payments, or customer support processes provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to banks, NBFCs, insurers, insurance intermediaries, mutual fund houses, asset management companies, registrar and transfer agents, payment gateways, KYC agencies, credit bureaus, tax professionals, technology providers, and other regulated or authorised service providers.
Where you choose to apply for, purchase, access, or use any third-party product or service through the Platform, you acknowledge that such third-party product or service may be governed by the privacy policy, terms and conditions, consent framework, regulatory disclosures, product terms, underwriting rules, eligibility criteria, service standards, and internal policies of the relevant third-party provider.
WealthSure may share your information with such third-party providers where necessary to process your request, generate quotations, complete KYC, assess eligibility, submit applications, process payments, facilitate transactions, support tax filing, enable investment services, assist with insurance issuance, support loan applications, provide customer support, comply with law, prevent fraud, or fulfil any service selected by you.
You understand and agree that third-party providers may independently collect, store, process, verify, use, disclose, retain, transfer, or otherwise handle your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable regulatory obligations. WealthSure does not control and shall not be responsible for the independent privacy practices, data processing activities, security standards, product decisions, underwriting decisions, lending decisions, investment execution, insurance claim decisions, service fulfilment, delays, errors, omissions, or actions of such third-party providers acting in their own capacity.
Before using any third-party product or service, you are advised to carefully review the privacy policy, terms of use, product disclosure documents, risk disclosures, regulatory disclosures, consent notices, refund or cancellation terms, and grievance redressal process of the relevant third-party provider.
Any dispute, claim, grievance, refund request, policy-related issue, loan-related issue, investment transaction issue, service failure, underwriting query, claim settlement query, sanction decision, rejection, cancellation, or product-specific concern relating to a third-party product or service may need to be addressed directly with the concerned third-party provider, subject to applicable law and the terms governing that product or service.
WealthSure may assist you with coordination, documentation, status tracking, or communication with such third-party providers, but such assistance shall not be construed as an assumption of liability for the actions, omissions, decisions, policies, or obligations of such providers.

The retention period may vary depending on the nature of information, the type of Service availed, applicable tax, financial, insurance, investment, lending, KYC, payment, cybersecurity, audit, regulatory, contractual, and legal requirements, and the need to preserve records for dispute resolution or enforcement purposes.
9.1 Retention for Service Delivery
We may retain your personal information, account information, communication records, documents, payment information, service history, consent records, and transaction information for as long as your account remains active, your Service request is pending, your purchased plan is ongoing, or retention is reasonably required to provide customer support, complete service delivery, manage renewals, process refunds, respond to queries, or maintain service continuity.
9.2 Retention for Tax and Compliance Records
Where you use our income tax filing, tax advisory, GST, compliance, notice management, audit support, or related services, we may retain tax records, filed returns, computation sheets, acknowledgements, challans, Form 16, Form 26AS, AIS, TIS, GST records, notices, responses, supporting documents, and related correspondence for such period as may be necessary or required under applicable tax laws, regulatory requirements, professional standards, audit obligations, dispute resolution requirements, or lawful business purposes.
9.3 Retention for Financial, Investment, Insurance and Loan Services
Where you use mutual fund, wealth, insurance, loan, payment, or other financial product services, we may retain information relating to KYC, application forms, proposals, risk profiles, investment preferences, transaction records, payment records, policy records, loan application records, credit assessment data, partner submissions, consent records, communication records, and service history for the period required under applicable law, partner requirements, regulatory obligations, audit requirements, fraud prevention requirements, and dispute resolution purposes.
9.4 Retention for Legal, Regulatory and Audit Purposes

9.7 Deletion, De-identification and Archival
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, or where continued retention is no longer required, WealthSure may delete, anonymise, de-identify, aggregate, archive, or securely dispose of your information in accordance with applicable law, internal policies, technical feasibility, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you may be retained and used by WealthSure for analytics, research, reporting, product improvement, fraud trend analysis, business intelligence, and lawful business purposes.
9.8 User Responsibility for Backup Records
You are advised to maintain your own copies of tax returns, acknowledgements, insurance policies, loan documents, investment records, payment receipts, invoices, account statements, notices, correspondence, and other important documents. WealthSure does not guarantee that all documents or records submitted through or generated on the Platform will remain available indefinitely.
10. Data Security
WealthSure is committed to protecting your information using reasonable, industry-recognised, technical, administrative, and organisational security measures designed to safeguard your personal data, financial data, tax information, and other sensitive information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
We implement security practices that are aligned with applicable Indian laws, regulatory expectations, and widely accepted information security standards. These measures may include, without limitation:
- Encryption: Use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and other encryption technologies to protect data during transmission;
- Secure Infrastructure: Deployment of secure servers, hardened environments, and protected hosting infrastructure;
- Firewalls and Network Security: Implementation of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network monitoring tools;
- Access Controls: Role-based access, authentication mechanisms, password controls, and restricted internal access to data;

WealthSure will never request sensitive personal or financial information through unsolicited communication such as email, SMS, or phone calls. This includes, but is not limited to:
- account passwords or login credentials;
- one-time passwords (OTPs) or authentication codes;
- full bank account details, card details, PINs, or CVV numbers;
- any confidential security credentials or verification codes.
If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from WealthSure or related to our Services, you are advised not to respond, not to click on any links, and not to share any information. You should report such incidents immediately to us at info@wealthsure.in.
WealthSure shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised disclosure of information arising from phishing attacks, identity theft attempts, or fraudulent communications not originating from our authorised channels.

The Platform may contain links, redirects, integrations, or references to third-party websites, applications, platforms, tools, or services (“Third-Party Platforms”) for your convenience or for facilitating certain Services.

WealthSure does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, content, security, accuracy, or availability of any Third-Party Platform. Accessing such Third-Party Platforms is at your own risk.

13. User Rights
Subject to applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework and other relevant regulations in India, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal data processed by WealthSure.
