Introduction
Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We want you to feel comfortable, informed and confident when using our Platform and availing the Services offered through WealthSure. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are intended to clearly explain the terms that govern your access to and use of the website www.wealthsure.in, its mobile or web-based applications, digital interfaces, dashboards, tools, calculators, forms, communication channels and any other technology-enabled services made available by us from time to time, collectively referred to as the “Platform”.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including individuals, salaried professionals, self-employed persons, businesses, firms, companies, NRIs, tax filers, investors, insurance seekers, loan applicants, wealth-service users, visitors, registered users and any person accessing or using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, collectively referred to as “you”, “your” or “User”.
The Platform is owned and operated by Rudrriv Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “WealthSure”, “we”, “our” or “us”. WealthSure is a fintech-powered financial solutions platform that aims to simplify the financial lifecycle of Users by enabling access to income tax filing, tax compliance assistance, wealth services, mutual fund-related facilitation, insurance products, loan products, financial calculators, educational content, AI-driven insights, automation tools, expert-assisted services and partner-led financial products.
The Services available through the Platform may be provided directly by the Company, by its group companies, affiliates, employees, consultants, independent experts, technology providers, strategic partners, regulated entities, banks, non-banking financial companies, insurers, insurance intermediaries, mutual fund distributors, investment-related service providers, payment gateways, payment aggregators, verification agencies, KYC service providers, data processors, call-centre partners and other third-party service providers, collectively referred to as “Strategic Partners” or “Third-Party Service Providers”.
WealthSure acts primarily as a technology platform, facilitator, service coordinator, digital interface and customer-assistance platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, WealthSure is not a bank, insurer, asset management company, stock broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, credit provider or lender.
The objective of these Terms is to inform you of the terms that apply to your access to the Platform and the Services, what we expect from you, and what you may expect from us as you use and interact with WealthSure, our Strategic Partners and Third-Party Service Providers. These Terms are designed to provide clarity regarding the legal, commercial, operational, technology, data, payment, consent, liability and compliance framework applicable to your use of the Platform.
In particular, these Terms explain:
- our policy regarding changes, revisions and updates to these Terms;
- the nature, scope and limitations of the Platform and Services offered through WealthSure;
- the sign-up, onboarding, consent, verification and information submission process;
- the conditions applicable to your use of the Platform and Services;
- the terms governing income tax filing, tax compliance and expert-assisted tax services;
- the terms governing mutual fund, wealth-related and investment-linked facilitation services;
- the terms governing insurance-related products including health, term life, personal accident, home, motor, commercial vehicle, shop and other insurance products;
- the terms governing loan and credit products including home loan, gold loan, business loan, personal loan, loan against property, used car loan and commercial vehicle loan;
- the limitations applicable to AI-driven insights, calculators, dashboards, tools, reports and educational content;
- the role of banks, insurers, AMCs, lenders, financial institutions, regulated intermediaries and other third-party partners;
- your responsibility to provide true, accurate, complete and updated information;
- Know Your Customer / Know Your Client (“KYC”), identity verification, PAN, Aadhaar, bank, tax, income and financial-document requirements;
- our communication and notification policy, including email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and service updates;
- intellectual property rights, ownership and permitted use of the Platform content, designs, tools and technology;
- our disclaimers, risk disclosures, exclusion of warranties, limitation of liability and indemnification rights;
- payment, cancellation, refund, chargeback and third-party transaction-related terms;
- data usage, consent, privacy, security and user responsibility obligations; and
- your legal rights and obligations in case of violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. The User and the Company may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
These Terms are an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules framed thereunder, and other applicable laws of India, as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. These Terms are published in accordance with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended from time to time, to the extent applicable to the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, submitting information through, making payment on, using any tool on, availing any Service through, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Risk Disclosure, consent notices and any additional service-specific terms made available on the Platform from time to time.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of any company, firm, partnership, proprietorship, HUF, trust, association, body corporate, organisation, client, family member, customer or any other third party, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority, consent and capacity to bind such person or entity to these Terms. In such case, references to “you”, “your” or “User” shall include such person or entity on whose behalf the Platform is accessed or Services are availed.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You further represent that you have not been previously suspended, restricted, removed or disqualified by the Company, any Strategic Partner, any regulator, any financial institution or any authority from using the Platform or availing similar services.
You agree that you shall not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, age, authority, affiliation, income, tax status, financial profile, investment profile, insurance requirement, loan eligibility, business details or any other information submitted on the Platform. In the event of any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse, misrepresentation, regulatory concern, unlawful activity, data misuse, payment issue or security concern, the Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate or permanently prevent your access to the Platform or any Service, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies under law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop accessing or using the Platform and must not avail any Services through WealthSure. Your continued access to or use of the Platform shall constitute your express acceptance of these Terms. Subject to applicable law, these Terms, including any amendments, modifications or updates, shall apply from the date of your first access to or use of the Platform.
1. Changes to These Terms
1.1. Please note that these Terms may be changed, amended, modified, updated or supplemented from time to time. WealthSure reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business practices, technology features, service offerings, partner arrangements, security standards or operational requirements.
1.2. While we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material updates, you are encouraged to periodically review these Terms whenever you access or use the Platform. Your continued access to or use of the Platform or Services after any update shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3. The “Last Updated” date mentioned on the Terms page shall indicate the date on which the most recent modifications were made. Any updated Terms shall apply to your continued use of the Platform and, subject to applicable law, may also apply from the date of your first use of the Platform.
1.4. In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform may also be governed by other policies, notices, consent forms, product-specific terms, partner terms, disclaimers and service-related conditions published or communicated by WealthSure from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, Investment Disclaimer, Insurance Disclaimer, Loan Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. About the Platform and the Services
2.1. WealthSure is a fintech-powered financial solutions platform that provides technology-enabled access to financial lifecycle services for individuals, professionals, NRIs, businesses and other eligible users. The Platform is designed to simplify tax filing, compliance assistance, wealth creation, protection planning, financial product discovery, financial education and access to partner-led financial products.
2.2. The Platform may, directly or through Strategic Partners and Third-Party Service Providers, enable Users to access, browse, evaluate, compare, apply for, purchase, subscribe to, request assistance for or receive information in relation to the following services:
- income tax return filing, tax computation, tax planning support and compliance assistance;
- self-assisted and expert-assisted tax filing services;
- PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16, AIS, TIS, Form 26AS, bank statement and deduction-document-based tax support;
- mutual fund-related facilitation, SIP-related support and wealth-service assistance;
- financial calculators, dashboards, reports, educational content and general financial insights;
- AI-driven insights, automation tools and technology-enabled financial summaries;
- health insurance, term life insurance, personal accident insurance, home insurance and shop insurance;
- motor and commercial vehicle insurance, including car insurance, taxi/cab insurance, rickshaw insurance, pickup truck insurance, truck/bus insurance and tractor insurance;
- loan products including home loan, gold loan, business loan, personal loan, loan against property, old car loan and commercial vehicle loan;
- communication, documentation, lead submission, eligibility assistance and service coordination with banks, insurers, lenders, AMCs, intermediaries and other regulated entities.
2.3. WealthSure may provide certain Services directly, while other Services may be fulfilled, processed, approved, issued, underwritten, sanctioned, executed or serviced by Strategic Partners or Third-Party Service Providers. Such partners may include banks, non-banking financial companies, insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, mutual fund distributors, asset management companies, payment gateways, payment aggregators, KYC agencies, verification agencies, technology vendors, tax professionals, consultants and other authorised service providers.
2.4. For the purposes of these Terms, all products, tools, digital interfaces, advisory support, tax assistance, financial product facilitation, insurance-related support, loan-related support, wealth-service support, technology features and partner-led services made available through the Platform shall collectively be referred to as the “Services”.
Important: WealthSure primarily acts as a technology platform, facilitator and service coordinator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, WealthSure does not itself act as a bank, lender, insurer, asset management company, investment adviser, stock broker, portfolio manager or credit provider.
2.5. The availability of any Service on the Platform does not guarantee approval, acceptance, issuance, sanction, disbursal, investment return, tax refund, claim settlement, premium acceptance, loan approval, policy issuance or financial benefit. Final decisions in relation to insurance, loans, investments, tax filings, refunds, claims, underwriting, risk assessment, KYC verification, credit assessment and regulatory acceptance shall be made by the relevant government authority, regulator, insurer, lender, AMC, bank, financial institution or Third-Party Service Provider, as applicable.
2.6. WealthSure may provide income tax filing and tax assistance services through technology tools, self-filing flows, document upload features, expert-assisted support, tax computation, regime comparison, deduction review, compliance reminders and filing-related coordination. You acknowledge that all tax filings, declarations, claims, deductions, exemptions, income details and uploaded documents are based on information provided by you, and you remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of such information.
2.7. WealthSure may facilitate access to mutual fund and wealth-related services either directly, through authorised distributors, through regulated entities, or through other lawful arrangements. Any investment-related information displayed on the Platform is for general informational and facilitation purposes only and shall not be treated as a guaranteed recommendation, assured return, investment advice or solicitation unless specifically provided by a duly authorised and regulated entity under applicable law.
2.8. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Users must read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. WealthSure does not guarantee capital protection, returns, liquidity, dividend, redemption value, NAV movement, tax benefit or investment outcome.
2.9. Insurance products displayed or facilitated through the Platform may be provided by licensed insurers, insurance intermediaries, brokers, corporate agents, web aggregators or other authorised partners. WealthSure does not guarantee policy issuance, premium amount, underwriting approval, claim admission, claim settlement, renewal, coverage acceptance or rejection outcome. All insurance products are subject to the terms, exclusions, conditions, underwriting rules and claim processes of the relevant insurer.
2.10. Loan and credit products displayed or facilitated through the Platform may be provided by banks, NBFCs, financial institutions or lending partners. WealthSure does not guarantee loan approval, interest rate, credit limit, tenure, processing time, collateral acceptance, disbursal or eligibility. Loan approval shall depend on the lender’s internal policies, credit assessment, KYC checks, income verification, repayment capacity, bureau score, collateral evaluation and applicable law.
2.11. Any financial calculators, AI-driven tools, dashboards, projections, estimates, eligibility checks, tax estimates, premium estimates, EMI calculations, SIP calculators, refund estimates, investment projections or other automated outputs made available on the Platform are indicative in nature and are provided for general informational purposes only. Such outputs may vary based on actual facts, partner policies, market conditions, tax laws, underwriting rules, lender criteria and regulatory requirements.
2.12. The Platform may contain information relating to tax deadlines, financial products, insurance products, loans, investment options, regulatory updates, market information, educational content, product comparisons and financial planning concepts. Such information is provided for general awareness and convenience and should not be treated as a substitute for professional tax, legal, financial, investment, insurance or credit advice.
2.13. You acknowledge that certain Services may require submission of personal, financial, tax, identity, income, employment, business, banking, investment, insurance, credit, property, vehicle, nominee, family or third-party information. You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and updated information and to obtain all necessary consents before submitting information relating to any third party.
2.14. Where any Service requires KYC, CKYC, PAN verification, Aadhaar-based verification, bank verification, income verification, credit bureau checks, document validation, video verification, e-sign, OTP authentication or any other verification process, you agree to cooperate with such requirements and authorise WealthSure and its authorised partners to process such information in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
2.15. Certain Services may be subject to additional partner terms, product documents, proposal forms, policy wordings, sanction letters, loan agreements, investment documents, declarations, consent forms, risk disclosures or regulatory terms. By applying for, purchasing, subscribing to or using such Services, you agree to be bound by those additional terms.
2.16. WealthSure may charge fees for certain Services, including expert-assisted tax filing, advisory support, documentation support, application assistance, premium collection facilitation, subscription plans, priority support, report generation or other paid services. Any applicable fee, refund condition, cancellation rule or service limitation shall be communicated through the Platform or relevant policy.
2.17. WealthSure may use payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other authorised payment infrastructure for collecting payments. WealthSure does not act as a bank or payment settlement institution and shall not be responsible for failures, delays, chargebacks, reversals or errors attributable to banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators or user-entered payment details.
2.18. WealthSure reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, replace or remove any Service, feature, product, partner, tool, dashboard, calculator, offer, plan or Platform functionality at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. WealthSure shall not be liable for any loss arising from such addition, modification, suspension or discontinuation.
2.19. The Services may not be available in all geographic locations or to all categories of Users. Eligibility for any Service may depend on age, residency, income, tax status, KYC status, credit profile, risk profile, regulatory restrictions, partner criteria and other applicable conditions.
2.20. You agree that WealthSure shall not be liable for any delay, rejection, failure, loss, penalty, claim, non-processing, non-approval, non-issuance, non-sanction, non-disbursal or non-settlement caused by any government portal, income tax portal, bank, insurer, lender, AMC, payment gateway, regulator, statutory authority, partner system, internet failure, technical error, incorrect information provided by you or any event beyond WealthSure’s reasonable control.
3. Sign-Up and Consent Requirements
3.1. In order to access, register on, or avail any Services through the Platform, you may be required to provide certain personal, financial, identity, tax-related and contact information. Such information may include, but is not limited to:
- full name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender and marital status;
- Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar (if provided), signature and photograph;
- email address, mobile number and communication details;
- bank account details, cancelled cheque, UPI ID and other payment-related information;
- income details, employment details, educational or professional qualifications;
- business name, business address, nature of business, GSTIN, TAN and related registrations;
- nominee details and other declarations required for financial services;
- video recordings, OTP verification, e-signatures or other identity verification inputs;
- any additional documents, records or information required for KYC, compliance, verification or service facilitation purposes.
3.2. You agree to provide the above information at the time of registration, onboarding or at any subsequent stage as may be required by WealthSure, its Strategic Partners or applicable regulatory authorities for the purpose of providing Services. You acknowledge that providing Aadhaar details is voluntary unless specifically mandated under applicable law, and you may choose to provide alternate officially valid documents for identity verification where permitted.
3.3. You represent, warrant and undertake that all information provided by you is true, accurate, complete and up to date. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, financial status, tax details, eligibility, business details or any other information submitted on the Platform. You further agree to promptly update your information in case of any changes.
3.4. If you upload, submit or share information relating to any third party (including family members, employees, customers, nominees, clients or business associates), you represent and warrant that you have obtained their express, informed and written consent for:
- collection, processing, storage and sharing of their information on the Platform;
- use of such information for providing Services, including tax filing, insurance, loan or financial product facilitation;
- receiving communications from WealthSure and its Strategic Partners, including service updates, alerts, notifications and promotional messages.
In the event such consent is not obtained, withdrawn or challenged, you agree to immediately discontinue use of the Services in relation to such third-party data. You shall be solely responsible and liable for obtaining and maintaining such consents, and WealthSure shall not be responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized submission of third-party information.
3.5. If any information provided by you is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated, or if WealthSure has reasonable grounds to suspect the same, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account and deny access to the Platform or Services, without prior notice and without any liability.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including login ID, password, OTPs and any authentication mechanism. You shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Important: Any unauthorized use, misuse, impersonation, fraudulent activity or security breach arising from your account shall be your sole responsibility unless directly attributable to a failure on the part of WealthSure.
3.6. You agree to immediately notify WealthSure in writing at info@wealthsure.in in case of:
- any unauthorized access to your account;
- any suspected misuse, fraud or security breach;
- any loss or compromise of login credentials;
- any discrepancy in account activity or transaction records.
WealthSure shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or delay in reporting any such unauthorized use or breach.
4. Use of and Access to the Platform
4.1. You agree to use the Platform and Services only for lawful, legitimate and permitted purposes. You shall be solely responsible, liable and accountable for all activities carried out through your account, login credentials, device, network or use of the Platform.
4.2. You understand and agree that any payment facility made available through the Platform is provided only as an electronic payment facilitation mechanism using authorised banking infrastructure, payment gateways, payment aggregators, UPI networks, card networks, net banking or other approved payment systems. WealthSure does not provide banking services, does not hold itself out as a bank, and does not act as trustee or fiduciary in relation to any payment transaction.
4.3. WealthSure shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Platform available and provide reasonable technical support in accordance with its standard practices. However, WealthSure does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, error-free or real-time availability of the Platform or Services.
The Platform or Services may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted or affected due to:
- outages or failures of internet networks, public backbones, servers or telecom infrastructure;
- failure of your device, browser, equipment, systems, network or local access services;
- scheduled or emergency maintenance, upgrades, patches or security fixes;
- acts, omissions, failures or delays by third-party vendors, technology providers, banks, insurers, lenders, AMCs, payment gateways or service partners;
- failure, downtime or disruption of government portals, regulatory systems, tax portals, KYC systems, credit bureaus, financial institutions or statutory authorities;
- events such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, explosion, war, governmental action, labour unrest, natural disasters, hacking, phishing, cyberattacks or internet disruption;
- instructions, orders, restrictions or directions received from any government, regulator, court, law enforcement agency or statutory authority.
4.4. From time to time, WealthSure may provide updates, upgrades, patches, enhancements, modifications, security fixes or new features for the Platform. Such updates shall form part of the Platform and shall be governed by these Terms. WealthSure shall not be under any obligation to provide any specific update or continue supporting any old version, feature, module or release of the Platform.
4.5. By accessing or using the Platform or availing the Services, you agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, share or submit any information that:
- belongs to another person and over which you do not have lawful rights or consent;
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, insulting, harassing, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful;
- is harmful to minors or violates child protection laws;
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, design, trade secret or other proprietary right;
- violates any law, regulation, court order or statutory requirement in force;
- deceives or misleads any person regarding the origin, authenticity or accuracy of any message, data or document;
- impersonates any person, business, authority, professional, financial institution or regulated entity;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order;
- contains viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, worms, harmful code or any program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit functionality of any computer resource;
- is false, misleading or published with intent to mislead, harass, defraud or cause wrongful gain or injury.
4.6. You further agree not to:
- violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any service-specific terms or any applicable law;
- use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, gambling, unlawful financial activity, tax evasion, forged documentation or misrepresentation;
- conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters or unsolicited campaigns through the Platform;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, income, tax status, investment profile, insurance eligibility or loan eligibility;
- access another user’s account, forge signatures, misuse OTPs, manipulate authentication or submit unauthorised instructions;
- infringe WealthSure’s or any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or proprietary rights;
- use the Services if you are below 18 years of age or are not legally competent to contract;
- post or transmit content that is harmful, hateful, harassing, disparaging, vulgar, offensive, abusive or unlawful;
- refuse to cooperate in verification, investigation, fraud checks, KYC checks, regulatory checks or security reviews;
- remove, disable, bypass, damage or interfere with security-related features, access controls or usage restrictions of the Platform;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, scrape, extract or attempt to discover the source code, architecture, database or algorithms of the Platform;
- use the Platform in a manner that may damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with its functioning;
- use bots, spiders, crawlers, automated tools, scripts, screen-scraping tools or manual processes to monitor, copy or extract Platform content without prior written consent;
- modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, resell, licence, distribute or create derivative works from the Platform or Services;
- upload or distribute viruses, adware, spyware, worms, malicious code or destructive files;
- impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on WealthSure’s infrastructure, servers, networks or systems;
- use the Platform to solicit or perform illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of others;
- collect or obtain personal, tax, banking, insurance, investment, credit or financial information of other users except as expressly permitted under these Terms;
- use the Services in a manner that may result in complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, penalties, regulatory action, fines, losses or liability to WealthSure, its partners, third parties or other users.
Important: WealthSure reserves the right to monitor, restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform if it suspects misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, data abuse, security compromise, regulatory risk or violation of these Terms.
4.7. You shall not use the Platform to submit forged, fabricated, manipulated, incomplete, misleading or unauthorised documents, including tax records, income proofs, bank statements, Form 16, AIS, TIS, Form 26AS, KYC documents, insurance documents, vehicle documents, property documents, business documents, loan documents or investment-related records.
4.8. You acknowledge that WealthSure may rely on information and instructions submitted through your account. Any instruction, application, declaration, payment, upload, consent or request made using your account credentials may be treated as authorised by you, unless reported to WealthSure in writing without delay.
4.9. WealthSure may, at its discretion, impose limits on access, transactions, service requests, uploads, payment attempts, application submissions, calculator usage, API usage or other Platform activities to protect system integrity, prevent fraud, ensure regulatory compliance or manage operational risk.
4.10. Any violation of this Clause may result in suspension or termination of your account, refusal of Services, reporting to relevant authorities, initiation of legal proceedings, recovery of losses and any other remedy available to WealthSure under law or equity.
5. Information
5.1. WealthSure uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide information, tools, dashboards and updates on the Platform, including but not limited to tax compliance deadlines, income tax return status, financial product details, investment summaries, insurance-related information, loan-related information and other financial data. However, WealthSure shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies or delays in such information, or for any decisions made or actions taken based on such information.
The Platform may contain links, integrations or redirections to third-party websites, portals, applications or systems operated by external entities, including but not limited to government portals, banks, insurers, lenders, AMCs and financial institutions. WealthSure does not control or endorse such third-party platforms, and your use of such websites shall be governed by their respective terms, policies and practices. You are advised to review such third-party terms and policies before using their services.
5.2. - merchantability or performance;

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership
6.1. WealthSure owns or lawfully uses all rights, title and interest in the Platform, including its design, layout, compilation, look and feel, software, source code, workflows, dashboards, calculators, icons, graphics, text, content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, processes, tools, reports, data structures and other intellectual property.
6.2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WealthSure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and royalty-free right to access and use the Platform and Services solely for your lawful personal, business, tax, financial or service-related purposes.
6.3. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, licence, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, scrape, download, exploit or commercially use any part of the Platform, content, design, technology or intellectual property unless expressly permitted in writing by WealthSure.
6.4. WealthSure may provide summaries, references, news, educational content or links to information available in the public domain or on third-party websites. Such third-party content remains the intellectual property of the respective owner or publisher. WealthSure does not claim ownership over such third-party content.
6.5. When you enter, upload, submit or transmit data through the Platform, you grant WealthSure, its affiliates, Strategic Partners and Third-Party Service Providers the right to host, use, copy, transmit, process, store, analyse, display, back up and share such data as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, improve the Platform, comply with law, communicate with you, prevent fraud, create service insights and support partner-led service fulfilment.
- to enable you to use the Platform and avail Services;
- to process tax, insurance, loan, mutual fund, wealth-service and financial product-related requests;
- to improve, develop, secure and protect the Platform;
- to communicate service updates, alerts, reminders and relevant information;
- to comply with legal, regulatory, audit, reporting and record-keeping obligations.
6.6. You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions and consents to submit any data, including third-party data, on the Platform. WealthSure’s use of personal data shall be governed by its Privacy Policy.
6.7. Data loss is an inherent risk when using technology. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of documents, tax records, financial records, policy documents, loan documents, investment records and other information submitted through the Platform.
6.8. In case of downtime, access issues, technical errors, deletion, corruption or loss of data, your only remedy shall be to discontinue use of the Platform, subject to rights available under applicable law.
7. Know Your Customer / Client Requirements
7.1. You agree and provide your express consent to submit information and documents necessary to verify your identity, eligibility, tax status, financial profile, investment profile, insurance eligibility, credit eligibility, business details and compliance status.
7.2. For the purposes of these Terms, “KYC Documents” may include your mobile number, email address, PAN, Aadhaar or alternate identity proof, date of birth, gender, photograph, signature, bank details, cancelled cheque, address proof, nominee details, income proof, employment details, business registration documents, GSTIN, TAN, property documents, vehicle documents, loan documents, insurance-related declarations, video verification and any other documents required under applicable law or partner requirements.
7.3. You agree to provide valid, true, complete, accurate and updated KYC Documents. Any incorrect, incomplete, misleading, forged or outdated information shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in rejection, suspension, termination, reporting to authorities or refusal of Services.
7.4. Your personal information and KYC Documents may be processed, transferred or disclosed to Strategic Partners and Third-Party Service Providers, including banks, NBFCs, insurers, insurance intermediaries, AMCs, RTAs, KRAs, CKYC agencies, payment gateways, payment aggregators, verification agencies, statutory authorities, regulators, auditors, legal advisors and service providers, wherever required for providing Services or complying with law.
Important: Submission of KYC information does not guarantee approval of any tax filing, refund, investment transaction, insurance policy, loan application, claim, credit facility or financial product.
8. Communication Policy
8.1. You agree to receive communications from WealthSure regarding:
- use of the Platform and Services;
- account, registration, KYC, payment and transaction updates;
- tax filing reminders, document requests and compliance alerts;
- insurance, loan, mutual fund and wealth-service updates;
- promotional offers, service recommendations and partner-led products;
- any other matter relating to WealthSure or the Services.
8.2. Communications may be sent through email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, push notification, in-app notification, chatbot, postal communication or any other permitted channel using the contact details provided by you.
8.3. If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party after obtaining their consent, you agree that WealthSure may send relevant communications to such third party using the contact details submitted by you.
8.4. If your mobile number is registered under DND or similar restrictions, you may not receive certain SMS or calls. You shall be responsible for managing such preferences and shall not hold WealthSure liable for non-receipt of communications.
8.5. Communication alerts are provided for convenience and may be subject to delay, failure, error, omission, distortion or non-delivery due to network, telecom, device, service provider or technical issues. WealthSure shall not be liable for any loss arising from non-receipt, delay or inaccuracy of such alerts.
8.6. WealthSure does not guarantee that any file, statement, report, certificate, document or download available through the Platform will be free from viruses, malware or harmful code. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, internet safety practices and backup procedures.
9. Third-Party Services on the Platform
9.1. The Platform may include products, services, tools, links, integrations, offers, APIs, calculators, application forms or information made available by Third-Party Service Providers. Such services may be subject to additional terms, privacy policies, product documents, proposal forms, sanction letters, policy wordings, loan agreements, investment documents or partner-specific conditions.
9.2. By using any third-party product or service through the Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and policies of such Third-Party Service Provider.
9.3. Third-party products and services may include insurance products, loan products, mutual fund products, payment services, KYC services, credit bureau checks, verification services, tax portal integrations, document processing services and other partner-led financial solutions.
9.4. Product descriptions, eligibility criteria, premiums, interest rates, returns, fees, charges, exclusions, benefits, approval timelines and other third-party information may be provided by the respective provider. WealthSure does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability or availability of such third-party information.
9.5. WealthSure does not endorse, control or assume responsibility for third-party products or services. All intellectual property rights in third-party products, content, software, APIs and services belong to their respective owners.
9.6. WealthSure expressly excludes all warranties and liabilities arising out of or relating to third-party products or services, including their quality, suitability, accuracy, approval, issuance, sanction, disbursal, claim settlement, performance or fulfilment.
10. Termination of Access to the Platform
10.1. WealthSure reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform, your account or any part of the Services, including access to your data, in the following circumstances:
- at its discretion for operational, security, legal or business reasons;
- if you fail to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy or any applicable policy or law;
- in case of prolonged inactivity of your account;
- in case of suspected or actual fraud, misuse, misrepresentation, illegal activity or security breach;
- in case of insolvency, bankruptcy, regulatory restriction or legal proceedings involving you.
You acknowledge and agree that WealthSure’s right to suspend or terminate access does not depend on whether an actual breach has occurred and may be exercised as a preventive or risk-mitigation measure.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
11.1. WealthSure operates as a technology platform and facilitator for financial services. WealthSure shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, losses or liabilities suffered by you, your customers, third parties or any other person arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform, including any payments, transactions, tax filings, investments, insurance applications or loan applications made through the Platform.
Important: WealthSure does not act as a bank, insurer, lender, AMC or financial institution and does not assume liability for partner-led services or outcomes.
11.2. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHSURE AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
- uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation of the Platform;
- accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information obtained through the Platform;
- quality, suitability or outcome of any products, services or materials accessed through the Platform;
- correction of errors, defects or system issues.
11.3. You acknowledge that certain Services depend on third-party infrastructure including government portals, tax systems, banking systems, insurers, lenders, AMCs, payment gateways and statutory authorities. WealthSure shall not be liable for any delay, failure, rejection or discrepancy caused by such third parties, including but not limited to technical errors, downtime, connectivity issues or regulatory processing delays.
12. Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WEALTHSURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information;
- any system error, bug, interruption or downtime;
- unauthorised access to or disclosure of your data;
- actions, omissions or conduct of any third party;
- disputes between users or between a user and a third party;
- loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity or business;
- any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if WealthSure has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that these limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between you and WealthSure, and that the Platform and Services would not be provided without such limitations.
13. Indemnification
13.1. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WealthSure, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- your breach or non-compliance with these Terms or any applicable law;
- any misrepresentation, fraud, negligence or misconduct by you;
- misuse of the Platform or Services for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes;
- any injury, damage, loss or harm caused to any person, property or business due to your actions or omissions;
- any claim made by a third party arising from your use of the Platform;
- any violation of regulatory, statutory or legal obligations.
13.2. You acknowledge that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to WealthSure for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, WealthSure shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available under law.
In the event WealthSure initiates legal action against you due to your breach of these Terms, you agree to bear all reasonable legal costs, expenses and fees incurred by WealthSure in enforcing its rights.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1. Notice: All notices, requests, approvals, complaints or communications under these Terms shall be in writing and may be delivered by hand, registered post, courier, email or any other legally recognised mode of communication.
14.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, disclaimers and service-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and WealthSure and supersede all prior communications, understandings or arrangements relating to the Platform and Services.
14.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform or Services shall be subject to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by WealthSure, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Subject to arbitration, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14.4. Investment Activity Caution: Mutual fund and investment-related products are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents, offer documents, key information memorandums, risk disclosures and product documents carefully before investing. WealthSure does not guarantee returns, capital protection, liquidity, dividend, tax benefit or future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
14.5. Third-Party Data Disclaimer: Any rating, research, market data, comparison, performance data, insurance information, loan information, credit information or investment-related information obtained from third-party sources is provided on an “as is” basis. WealthSure does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability and shall not be liable for decisions taken based on such third-party information.
14.6. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified or omitted to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.7. Waiver: Any failure or delay by WealthSure in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy. Any waiver shall be valid only if made in writing.
14.8. Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, fiduciary or representative relationship between you and WealthSure. You shall not have authority to bind WealthSure in any manner.
14.9. Assignment: WealthSure may assign, transfer or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, acquirer, partner or third party at its sole discretion. You may not assign your rights or obligations without prior written consent from WealthSure.
14.10. Survival: Any provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, data usage, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, record retention and payment obligations, shall continue to remain valid after termination or expiry of these Terms.
14.11. Expenses: Except as otherwise expressly stated, each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with these Terms, including legal, financial, advisory or professional costs.
14.12. Force Majeure: WealthSure shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, riot, cyberattack, hacking, phishing, internet failure, power failure, government action, regulatory restriction, court order, strike, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, national emergency, failure of third-party systems, or downtime of government, banking, insurance, investment or payment infrastructure.
14.13. Maintenance of Records: You are responsible for independently maintaining copies of your tax records, financial records, insurance documents, loan documents, investment documents, payment receipts, acknowledgements and other documents submitted or generated through the Platform. WealthSure may retain records for legal, regulatory, audit, security, dispute-resolution and business purposes in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
14.14. Fees: WealthSure reserves the right to charge fees for any Services, including expert-assisted tax filing, financial documentation support, advisory coordination, premium facilitation, loan assistance, subscription services, reports, tools or priority support. Non-payment of applicable fees may result in denial, suspension or cancellation of Services.

15. General Terms for Making Online Payments
15.1. WealthSure may provide online payment facilities through authorised banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators, UPI networks, card networks, net banking providers, wallet providers or other permitted payment infrastructure. Such payment facility is provided only for convenience and does not make WealthSure a bank, payment bank, payment system operator, trustee or fiduciary in relation to any transaction.
15.2. To use any online payment facility, you agree to provide accurate details regarding the purpose, service category, transaction nature and payment requirement. Payments may be collected for services including tax filing, expert assistance, insurance facilitation, loan assistance, wealth-service support, reports, subscriptions, consultations, document processing or any other service made available on the Platform.
15.3. You agree to provide WealthSure, payment gateway providers, payment aggregators, banks, Regulatory Authorities or other authorised entities with KYC Documents and supporting records whenever required. Such documents may include PAN, Aadhaar or alternate identity proof, address proof, bank details, business registration documents, GST registration, utility bills, certificate of incorporation, partnership deed, authorisations, power of attorney and any other document required under applicable law.
15.4. You expressly consent to WealthSure sharing such documents and transaction-related information with banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators, payment processors, Regulatory Authorities, law enforcement agencies, auditors, compliance partners and other authorised third parties for verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, chargeback management, legal compliance and regulatory reporting.
15.5. You shall not use the Platform or payment facility for any fraudulent, suspicious, illegal, unauthorised or prohibited transaction. You agree not to use WealthSure’s payment facility in relation to:
- adult goods, pornography, escort services or sexually explicit services;
- body parts, organs or human remains;
- child exploitation material or content involving minors;
- copyright unlocking devices, hacking tools or circumvention technology;
- pirated books, music, movies, software, games or other copyrighted material;
- counterfeit, fake, unauthorised, altered or misrepresented goods;
- illegal drugs, narcotics, drug paraphernalia or drug test circumvention products;
- endangered species, wildlife contraband or prohibited animal products;
- fake government IDs, passports, certificates, diplomas or legal documents;
- hacking, cracking, cybercrime, malware or unauthorised access-related material;
- illegal goods, unlawful services or activities prohibited under Indian law;
- hate speech, violent content, extremist material or offensive goods;
- crime-related items, crime scene material or prohibited memorabilia;
- explosives, pyrotechnics, hazardous substances or radioactive materials;
- weapons, firearms, ammunition, knives, gun parts or armaments;
- gambling, betting, money laundering, tax evasion or suspicious financial activity;
- any product, service or transaction not compliant with applicable laws.
15.6. WealthSure, banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators and Regulatory Authorities may impose limits or restrictions on transaction size, transaction amount, monthly volume, payment frequency, payment mode, user account, device, IP address, geography or risk profile at any time.
15.7. Transactions may be blocked, delayed, reversed, rejected or flagged due to unusual transaction value, prior chargeback history, suspicious activity, authentication failure, fraud risk, regulatory restriction, incorrect information, blacklisted accounts, high-risk IP addresses or any other risk-control measure.
15.8. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties, charges, levies, fees and statutory dues arising from your use of the Platform, Services or payment facility.
15.9. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, you acknowledge that payment gateway providers, payment aggregators, banks and Regulatory Authorities may reject, reverse, hold, suspend or investigate any transaction for reasons including fraud, suspicious activity, chargeback, refund request, authentication failure, authorisation issue, overpayment, erroneous payment, regulatory concern, unlawful transaction or non-compliance with applicable requirements.
15.10. You agree to comply with all applicable rules, instructions, guidelines, requests and requirements issued by payment gateway providers, payment aggregators, banks, card networks, NPCI, RBI, law enforcement agencies and other Regulatory Authorities.
15.11. In the event any fine, penalty, charge, cost, claim, dispute, chargeback, refund liability or regulatory demand is imposed on WealthSure due to your transaction, conduct, misuse, non-compliance or submitted information, you agree to immediately reimburse WealthSure for such amount without prejudice to WealthSure’s other rights and remedies.
15.12. You agree to provide documentary evidence, explanations, declarations, invoices, receipts, bank records, identity documents, service records or any other supporting information required by WealthSure, payment partners or Regulatory Authorities in relation to any disputed, rejected, reversed, refunded, suspicious or terminated transaction.
15.13. You expressly consent to WealthSure maintaining transaction records and payment-related documents for legal, regulatory, audit, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and business purposes. You also agree to independently maintain your own transaction records, receipts, invoices, acknowledgements and payment confirmations.
15.14. WealthSure shall not be responsible for payment failures, bank downtime, incorrect payment details, delayed settlements, gateway errors, refund delays, failed UPI mandates, card failures, net banking failures, chargebacks, reversals or any issue attributable to banks, payment gateways, payment aggregators or third-party payment infrastructure.
15.15. You agree to indemnify WealthSure, its affiliates, officers, employees, Strategic Partners and payment service providers from and against all claims, disputes, penalties, costs, expenses, losses and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from refunds, chargebacks, suspicious transactions, illegal transactions, incorrect information, payment disputes or misuse of the payment facility.
15.16. You agree to comply with all applicable KYC, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions and financial crime prevention laws, including requirements issued by Indian and other applicable Regulatory Authorities.
15.17. WealthSure and its payment partners reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate payment services to you if you engage in prohibited, suspicious, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if you fail to comply with applicable laws, these Terms or payment partner requirements.
Payment Disclaimer: Successful payment on the Platform does not guarantee tax filing completion, refund approval, investment execution, insurance issuance, loan sanction, claim settlement or service acceptance by any third party. Such outcomes remain subject to applicable verification, partner approval, regulatory processing and service-specific terms.
16. Additional Terms for Financial Products
16.1. This section applies in addition to Clauses 1 to 15 where you access, apply for, purchase, subscribe to, redeem, switch, pause or otherwise transact in any financial product through the WealthSure Platform, including mutual funds, SIPs, wealth products, insurance-linked products or other financial products made available from time to time.
16.2. WealthSure may facilitate access to mutual fund and wealth-related products either directly where lawfully permitted or through AMFI-registered mutual fund distributors, asset management companies, registrar and transfer agents, investment platforms, regulated intermediaries or other authorised partners. Unless expressly disclosed, WealthSure itself does not act as an AMC, mutual fund, portfolio manager, stock broker, investment adviser or guarantor of returns.
16.3. Any data, comparison, calculator, projection, fund information, portfolio view, return illustration, SIP estimate, risk label, educational content or product description shown on the Platform is provided for general information and facilitation purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, portfolio management advice or a recommendation to invest in any specific product.

16.4. You agree that all investment decisions shall be made by you independently after reviewing the relevant Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Key Information Memorandum, addenda, risk factors, expense ratios, tax implications, lock-in conditions, exit load, product suitability and all other applicable documents.
16.5. WealthSure does not guarantee capital protection, liquidity, redemption, dividend, interest, income, maturity value, NAV, tax benefit, investment return or any financial outcome. The value of investments may rise or fall, and you may receive less than the amount invested.
16.6. If you access the Platform from outside India, you shall be solely responsible for compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. Certain financial products may not be available to residents of particular countries, including jurisdictions where such offering is restricted. WealthSure shall not be liable for rejection of any application due to residency, nationality, tax status, regulatory restriction or AMC policy.
16.7. WealthSure is not obligated to display or provide access to all mutual fund schemes, AMCs or financial products. The availability of selected products on the Platform does not constitute any representation regarding their quality, suitability, performance, safety or appropriateness for you.
16.8. WealthSure shall not be liable if your transaction instructions are rejected, delayed, reversed or not processed by any bank, AMC, RTA, payment gateway, KYC agency, regulatory authority or other third party. WealthSure shall also not be responsible for non-availability of the Platform or processing of instructions authenticated using your login credentials.
16.9. The Platform is not intended to facilitate frequent trading, market timing, money laundering, fraud, misuse or suspicious investment activity. AMCs, RTAs, banks, payment partners, regulators or WealthSure may reject, restrict or review any transaction that appears suspicious, irregular, unlawful or inconsistent with applicable rules.
16.10. Definitions
For this section, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “AMC” means Asset Management Company.
- “Account” means the account or profile created by a User on the Platform.
- “Mutual Fund” means a fund established under applicable law for pooling money from investors under one or more schemes.
- “NAV” means Net Asset Value.
- “Offer Documents” include Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Key Information Memorandum and related addenda.
- “Registered User” means a User who has completed registration or onboarding for financial product-related Services.
- “RTA” means Registrar and Transfer Agent.
- “Scheme” means any mutual fund scheme launched by an AMC.
- “SIP” means Systematic Investment Plan.
- “STP” means Systematic Transfer Plan.
- “Unit” means the interest of an investor in a mutual fund scheme.
16.11. Registration and KYC
16.11.1. Access to financial product-related Services may be granted only after completion of registration, KYC, verification and partner onboarding requirements.
16.11.2. You may be required to provide details and documents including email address, mobile number, PAN, Aadhaar or alternate KYC proof, bank account details, address proof, photograph, signature, nominee details, income details and other information required under applicable law.
16.11.3. Such information may be shared with AMCs, RTAs, KRAs, CKYC agencies, banks, payment gateways, regulated intermediaries, auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors and other authorised entities for account opening, transaction processing, verification, reporting and compliance.
16.11.4. If any discrepancy, mismatch or deficiency is found in your documents or information, your registration, transaction or investment request may be rejected, delayed or suspended.
16.12. Transactions
16.12.1. Transactions relating to purchase, redemption, switch, SIP, STP, pause or other investment instructions shall be processed based on instructions submitted by you through the Platform and subject to applicable laws, AMC rules, RTA processes, cut-off timings and payment confirmation.
16.12.2. Units shall be allotted, redeemed or switched by the relevant Mutual Fund or AMC at the applicable NAV in accordance with the scheme documents and regulatory requirements. WealthSure shall not be liable for NAV movement, incorrect NAV application by third parties, processing delays or market losses.
16.12.3. Purchase requests shall be processed only after sufficient funds are received and confirmed by the relevant AMC, bank, payment gateway or authorised entity. If only part of a transaction can be processed, WealthSure shall not be responsible for non-execution of the remaining quantity.
16.12.4. Transactions placed on holidays, non-business days or after applicable cut-off timings may be processed on the next business day. Operational cut-off timings on the Platform may be earlier than statutory or AMC cut-off timings.
16.12.5. Transactions once placed may not be capable of cancellation. Redemption, settlement and credit timelines shall be governed by the relevant AMC, RTA, bank and applicable law.
16.12.6. You acknowledge that all instructions submitted through your account shall be treated as bona fide instructions given by you. WealthSure shall not be liable for unauthorised use of your account unless directly attributable to WealthSure’s proven fault.
16.13. User Undertakings
By using financial product-related Services, you acknowledge and undertake that:
- you have read and understood all relevant scheme and product documents;
- the funds invested are derived from legitimate sources;
- you are not investing for any unlawful, fraudulent, money laundering or prohibited purpose;
- you shall provide PAN and other KYC documents whenever required;
- you have not been induced by rebates, gifts or assured-return promises;
- all details provided by you are true, complete and accurate;
- for NRI investments, funds are remitted through approved banking channels or permitted NRE, NRO or FCNR accounts.
16.14. No Objection and Authorisation
You authorise WealthSure and its authorised partners to perform the following acts for the purpose of facilitating your financial product transactions:
- forward your transaction requests to AMCs, RTAs, banks and authorised intermediaries;
- transmit nomination, bank, KYC and investment-related information;
- obtain and forward KYC records, signatures and supporting documents;
- process documents required under anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements;
- contact you regarding account operations, service requests, product updates and relevant communication.
16.15. Account Statement and Nomination
16.15.1. Account statements, transaction confirmations, folio information and statutory communications shall generally be issued by the relevant AMC, RTA or regulated entity. WealthSure may provide access to such information on a best-effort basis but shall not be responsible for statutory communications required to be sent by AMCs or RTAs.
16.15.2. You are encouraged to provide nominee details wherever applicable. If you do not wish to nominate any person, you may be required to provide a declaration of non-nomination, failing which your application may be rejected by the relevant AMC or intermediary.
16.16. Fees, Charges and Commissions
16.16.1. WealthSure may charge fees for certain Services or may earn commissions, referral fees, trail commissions, facilitation fees or other lawful consideration from AMCs, financial institutions or partners, where permitted by applicable law.
16.16.2. Any fees charged by WealthSure shall be in addition to expense ratios, exit loads, stamp duty, taxes, transaction charges, payment gateway charges or other charges levied by AMCs, banks, RTAs or other third parties.
16.16.3. Where WealthSure distributes regular mutual fund schemes through an authorised arrangement, commission disclosures may be made in accordance with applicable law, AMFI requirements, SEBI requirements and partner disclosures.
16.17. Payment Gateway Risks
Transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI, net banking or other electronic payment systems. You acknowledge the following risks:
- misuse of password, OTP or account credentials;
- internet fraud, phishing, hacking or cyber misuse;
- incorrect details entered by you;
- bank, payment gateway, AMC or RTA processing failures;
- technology failure, downtime, virus, malware or system interruption;
- transaction limits imposed by WealthSure, banks, AMCs or payment partners.
WealthSure disclaims liability for losses arising from such risks, except to the extent directly caused by WealthSure’s proven wilful misconduct.
16.18. Functions and Limitations of WealthSure
Unless expressly permitted under applicable law and disclosed to you, WealthSure does not:
- guarantee returns, liquidity, redemption, dividend or capital protection;
- make any offer to buy back units;
- subscribe to units on your behalf without your instruction;
- collect investment money in its own name for onward investment unless legally permitted;
- redeem, sell or switch units without your instruction;
- sign documents on your behalf except where expressly authorised and legally permitted;
- provide investment advice unless through a duly authorised and regulated entity;
- guarantee any tax benefit, financial outcome or product suitability.
16.19. Any graphical representation, calculator output, projected value, SIP estimate, investment goal illustration or portfolio insight shown on the Platform is indicative only and shall not be construed as guaranteed performance, investment advice or an authoritative recommendation.
16.20. Amounts invested through the Platform are not deposits with WealthSure, are not bank insured, and are not guaranteed or endorsed by WealthSure or its group entities.
16.21. If you notice any discrepancy in transaction details, account statement, holding pattern or investment information, you must notify WealthSure and the concerned AMC/RTA in writing within seven working days of receiving such information. Failing such notice, the records may be treated as accepted by you, subject to applicable law.
16.22. WealthSure may terminate or suspend financial product-related Services in case of breach of these Terms, regulatory concern, suspicious transaction, misuse, fraud, incomplete KYC, partner restriction or any other lawful reason. Termination shall not affect obligations incurred before termination.
16.23. In case of any dispute regarding transaction instructions submitted through the Platform, the transaction logs, audit trails and records maintained by WealthSure or its authorised partners shall be used to verify the transaction, subject to applicable law.
17. Additional Terms for Investment Advisory Services
17.1. This section applies in addition to Clauses 1 to 15 where you choose to access any investment advisory, financial planning, portfolio review, risk-profiling, wealth advisory or investment recommendation-related services through the WealthSure Platform.
17.2. WealthSure clarifies that, unless expressly disclosed otherwise, it is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. WealthSure may act only as a technology platform, facilitator or service coordinator to help you access investment advisory services from duly registered investment advisers, regulated entities or authorised Strategic Partners.
Important: Any investment advice shall be provided only by the relevant SEBI-registered investment adviser or authorised regulated entity. WealthSure shall not be responsible for any investment advice unless such advice is expressly provided by WealthSure under a valid regulatory authorisation.
17.3. Where investment advisory services are provided by a Strategic Partner or third-party adviser, such services shall be governed by the terms, disclosures, agreements, risk documents and regulatory obligations applicable to that adviser. You are required to carefully review and accept such additional terms before availing the advisory service.
17.4. WealthSure’s role in relation to such advisory services shall be limited to providing access to the Platform, facilitating communication, collecting required information, enabling documentation, coordinating service requests and supporting technology-enabled delivery. Any advisory relationship shall be strictly between you and the relevant registered adviser or regulated entity.
17.5. Any information relating to investment advisory services received from a Strategic Partner may be displayed on the Platform on an “as is” basis. WealthSure does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or reliability of such information.
17.6. The display of investment advisory-related information on the Platform shall not, by itself, constitute investment advice, recommendation, opinion, solicitation, assurance, portfolio management service or guarantee by WealthSure.
17.7. The relevant investment adviser or regulated Strategic Partner shall be solely responsible for providing advisory services, assessing your risk profile, determining suitability, complying with applicable SEBI regulations, maintaining records, issuing disclosures and addressing any deficiency in advisory services.
17.8. You acknowledge, agree and authorise WealthSure and the relevant Strategic Partner to collect, store, process, analyse, transmit and share your information, including personal, financial, tax, income, bank, investment, liability, asset, risk-profile and KYC information, with authorised third parties including payment gateways, banks, KYC agencies, regulatory bodies and service providers for the purpose of enabling advisory services.
17.9. For assessing your investment suitability and risk appetite, you may be required to provide information including but not limited to:
- age, income, occupation and financial dependants;
- investment objectives and investment horizon;
- existing investments, assets and liabilities;
- risk tolerance and loss-bearing capacity;
- borrowing details, liquidity needs and financial goals;
- tax status, residency status and regulatory eligibility.
17.10. You agree that any investment advice received from a registered adviser or Strategic Partner shall not be binding on you. You remain solely responsible for accepting, rejecting or acting upon such advice and for all investment decisions made by you.
17.11. WealthSure shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, liability, opportunity loss, capital loss, tax impact, market loss or financial consequence arising from your reliance on investment advice provided by any third-party adviser, Strategic Partner or regulated entity.
17.12. Investment products are subject to market, liquidity, credit, interest rate, regulatory, tax and other risks. No advice, projection, model portfolio, calculator output, report, graphical illustration or recommendation shall be treated as an assurance of return, capital protection or future performance.
17.13. WealthSure may update, modify, suspend, discontinue or change the form and nature of the Platform, advisory facilitation process, partner arrangements, tools, dashboards or service features at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
17.14. WealthSure may temporarily or permanently stop providing access to advisory facilitation services or any related feature at its sole discretion. You may stop using such Services at any time.
17.15. If WealthSure disables or restricts your account, you may be prevented from accessing advisory services, account details, uploaded documents, reports, recommendations, files or other content stored within your account.
17.16. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the agreement executed between you and a SEBI-registered investment adviser or regulated Strategic Partner, the specific advisory agreement shall prevail only for the advisory services provided by that adviser, while these Terms shall continue to govern your access to the WealthSure Platform.
